I was referred to SIW by a very good friend who used them 4 years ago for an entire house replacement of all windows and doors. We did the same. They were very pleased with SIW and so are we! I’m very particular, and they aim to please their customers. They answered every question, returned every call, followed through on every item, and resolved every issue! From beginning to the end of the project they kept me informed and earnestly made sure I’d be satisfied with the end result. The employees were friendly and helpful. Marvin windows and doors are very attractive and clearly good quality. They not only add beauty, storm protection and value to your home, surprisingly, it reduces the amount of outside street noise you hear which is a nice benefit. Thank you to Malakeia, Bianca, Rafael, Vee, Jason and Jared for providing excellent service and support. Special shout-out to Alex and his wonderful installation team, Marvin, Omar, Roberto, and Ace for doing a great job on the house…we appreciate your hard work especially with the excessive heat and downpours! I highly recommend SIW.

We had 24 windows, four sliders, and two doors all installed at the same time. Flawless, and as smooth as could be. SIW was there thru the entire project. We even had a structural issue on a Friday that our contractor had to handle, that weekend. Will, the on site supervisor, gave us his cell and was available Saturday and Sunday as we had very minor questions. Passed inspection with no issues. The quality of the windows and doors are great. SIW was on time, responsive, clean, and handled all little issues. Cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience, start to finish.

Replaced all my windows/doors in 2015 including framing out and adding sliders to enclose a screened in porch. Thankfully no hurricanes so I can't comment from that perspective, however, the products have held up well and still look great. Most importantly, SIW has stood behind their products in a couple of instances of malfunction 1) A large window randomly developed a crack about a year after install (this does happen occasionally with hurricane windows). SIW came out and replaced within a week. 2) Front door knob / hurricane latch mechanics got jammed 7 years after install. SIW also came out within a week to fix. No need to follow-up - they took instant responsibility and resolved the issue. That means a lot since many companies will ignore you once they have the money. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

This project was executed in a highly professional and trouble free manner. Whatever I was told during the entire length of the project was found to be truthful and accurate. Lead times, work schedules, inspections- all went smoothly. The communication was excellent and informative. The project coordinator, Jenny N. , was proactive, pleasant , and knowledgeable. Things were worked to my convenience and schedule. I was kept in the loop the entire way. The installation team was pleasant and did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. As a part timer, I was not always around, but Jenny made sure, at my request, to have photos of the job sent to me in a timely fashion. The product, hurricane glass doors for a cabana, seems to be of a higher quality than others I have seen. I have not been able to travel to see the finished job, but I was able to be present to check the main installation , it passed town inspection, and I am not in the least bit worried about being disappointed when I do get to inspect the finished job. That is how much I was impressed with their organization's consistent performance during the entire project. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

If I could give SIW 10 stars I would! First, my impact sliding glass doors are gorgeous, and the price was quite comparable to lesser products and other installers. Second, I am the most picky customer in the world, and SIW has bent over backwards to ensure every detail, no matter how minor, has been addressed to my ultimate satisfaction. They have done so cheerfully, respectfully, and quickly. Special kudos to Rafael, who has given me the best customer service ever, and to Marvin, who has done a meticulous job finishing the exterior concrete step and interior drywall following installation. At the same time SIW installed my downstairs sliders, a big-box store installed my upstairs impact windows. The difference in quality and follow-through has been night and day. When we do downstairs impact windows, it will absolutely be SIW.

SIW installed impact windows in our FL condo. Excellent job from start to finish. From the sales process all the way to final inspection these folks did a wonderful job. Incredibly pleased with the product quality and value. We received several quotes from other companies before selecting SIW. SIW had the best product/value of all. Highly recommend them.

SIW installed impact windows in my home. The installation process was seamless and stress free. In 2020 we purchased a home and had new doors and windows installed throughout the house. It was not a small job since the entire house has 15 foot ceilings and there is a wall of windows on one side of the home. We converted 3 half circle windows to rectangular shape and enlarged 3 interior/exterior doors. SIW was fabulous to work with, their workmanship is top notch and the installers were real pro’s. SIW custom made our oversized glass front door and we love it. We highly recommend SIW.

Excellent company head to toe. Their products are outstanding. It’s great working with a local business invested in customer service and high quality workmanship. Every one of my neighbors who saved a few bucks with other companies regrets it and wishes they chose SIW. The difference in quality and service is worth paying for. They get it right the first time.

SIW replaced all of the windows and most of the doors in my main house and guest cottage while I was away for a month. My site manager was impressed by the way that they handled the job. I was impressed when I returned home. I could hardly tell that the windows and doors had been replaced. Subsequently there were a few items that required revision, mostly related to the large rolling windows. The office staff were very courteous. They ensured that my requests were noted and the items attended to and fixed. The boss and his workers were also courteous and interested in knowing the problems and coming up with solutions. I have rated the company five stars because they deserve it. I had some hesitation because the screens on my large sliding doors are functional, but not ideal. I suspect that is because the demand for screens is small as most Floridians do not open their windows. I open mine every day that the temperature and humidity are tolerable - more than half the year. Perhaps someone will come up with a better screen. Meanwhile I love my new windows and doors. Excellent customer service, product quality and follow up. Every aspect of our window replacement with SIW's impact windows was done as promised. They provided a detailed schedule of everything from start to finish and followed it 100%. Extremely professional staff and communications. Highly recommend this "local" company for windows and doors.

I have never written a review for a company before, but I just had my windows and sliding glass doors replaced by SIW and I just had to tell everyone of my experience. I do not believe I have ever dealt with a more honest company. From the very beginning, they told us they would give us the best price and they did. Their pricing was far better than any of the other companies that we asked to bid our job. Then they started on time and finished when they said they would. When we had concerns, they always took our calls and answered our questions and addressed our concerns. The owner and supervisor gave us their cell numbers so we could call them any time and we did. They treated us fairly and professionally. The windows and doors look great and their stucco and drywall people did a great job as well. I highly recommend them.

I hired SIW to install hurricane resistant windows and doors in both my home as well as just recently my daughter's house. Their products are first class as well as their customer service. The installation team is professional, courteous and extremely neat. When we decided that we wanted to have Hurricane Windows and Sliding Doors installed in our apartment, we set out to find a company to do the job. After speaking to friends and acquaintances who had recently replaced their existing windows with Impact Resistant Windows, we chose four different companies for estimates. Each of the four companies came to our home to speak with us and to measure and give estimates. We were amazed by the differences in the estimates, with one being double the cost of the others. After we met with representatives of the four companies, we finally chose to use SIW Windows and Doors. Our salesman, Paul was very professional in his presentation. He told us about his product, letting us know that SIW manufactures the windows themselves in their own factory. We liked that fact and were very appreciative of Paul’s concise and down to earth presentation of what we would need, the cost, and the estimated time to expect until completion. We were able to go to their showroom to see samples of the windows we would be getting. SIW handled getting the necessary permits and our job began on the date that was promised. We were replacing 13 windows and 14 sliders. The workmen did an outstanding job with the installation. They were very respectful of our property and were pleasant to have in our home. We were absolutely amazed by their skill and by how hard they worked. The installation of our windows was completed on time and at the cost that we were quoted. We purchased our hurricane proof entry doors. Our sales guy was Scott Shapiro. He was extremely patient with us because we were very picky on our style. We were sold on the fact that the doors came stained and wouldn't need to pay extra to have it stained like traditional fiberglass doors. The doors also had a lot of security. The installation was a breeze. I have no complaints whatsoever with this company. They were very responsive and timely.

The installation of my windows and doors was fantastic! the result looks incredible. The crew that came was knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy. The office staff was helpful throughout the process. Nice people to deal with. We are so happy with our results.

I would highly recommend SIW for your impact door or window needs. We had 2 doors installed by them and the doors are beautiful!! The installers were always on time and very courteous! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product!
